is Professor of Comparative Literature at the Université de Versailles-Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ) and literary translator into French and Modern Greek. Since 2004 she has been in charge of the inter-university colloquium T.I.G.R.E. at the École Normale Supérieure (Paris). Her research focuses on literature of the fin de siècle, on literary and artistic journals in Europe, on myths, on the literary tradition of the Thousand and Second Night and the book ifself.
